Representatives from Hilton Hotels in Austin and F45 Training will be on hand to share how their hotel properties can partner with local and traveling filmmakers to reduce lodging costs and support tighter production budgets, and keeping us in tip top shape.

Helen has proudly called Austin home for the past decade, where she lives with her husband, two amazing kids, two pit bulls, and a fiercely independent cat. She’s driven by building meaningful relationships and finding creative ways to support others.
Helen is thrilled to connect with the inspiring members of Women in Film + Television and looks forward to supporting their lodging and event needs through Hilton’s local properties!

Jordan Hedley is the Studio manager of F45 Training Hilton as well as leading the wellness program at Hilton Austin, bringing over six years of experience and a steadfast belief that how one approaches a single task reflects their approach to all aspects of life.
Observing that resorts often provide comprehensive recreation programs while city hotels offer only a pool, gym, or spa, Jordan is dedicated to bridging this gap by delivering accessible wellness experiences during demanding schedules. Emphasizing practical workout routine that is functional to everyday life, Jordan helps bring you the best workout while still working on yourself, inside and outside the gym.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys sitting with her boyfriend and 8-year-old cattle dog and reading any type of fiction book while a good Autumn ambiance from YouTube plays. Jordan’s thoughtful and relatable approach empowers guests to nurture their wellbeing no matter where their life brings them.
About Haymaker
We’ve always loved the simple, neighborhood bars of the Midwest and northeast. They’re there to serve the neighborhood – any and all.
We took that accessible attitude and put it toward Haymaker. We serve simple, hearty food: Poutine and Comfort Sandwiches. Big, burly comfort sandwiches inspired by our favorite spots around the country. And tons of Craft Beer.
It’s comfortable. We have TVs if you like sports, but we’re not a sports bar.
We’re the kind of place you can go to a few times a week.
We’re every day, for everybody.
