Women in Film & Television Austin invites its members to a new, two-hours program focused on the personal and professional side of the industry.
Brave Conversations About . . is a program series that offers members an opportunity to share the obstacles, challenges and experiences that they encounter in their professional lives. We offer a platform to fearlessly address some of the toughest topics that continue to torment and stifle women. In addition to addressing these elephants in the room, we also invite experts to guide us in honing the tools within, provide insight and tips that will helps us navigate these topics, and manifest more positive outcomes for ourselves. Sharing our stories and learning together allows us to shine a collective light on our obstacles in an effort to impact the type of lasting change we strive for at Women in Film & Television Austin—empowering women and ushering in parity for everyone.
